If you need to reschedule, please give at least a 24 hour notice (with maximum rescheduling of 2 times per appt) There is a $75 charge for cancellations without a 24 hour notice or multiple rescheduling of a single appointment. Please note that arriving 15 minutes or more late may be considered a missed appointment.  All appointments MUST be confirmed through the appointment reminder system prior to the appointment.

Pre-paid packages and Gift Certificates must be used 1 year from the date of purchase. Discounts and prepaid packages cannot be combined. Packages cannot be shared.
